Your Digestive Wellness Coach specializing in fiber first, plant forward habits.

I’m Christina, a wife, mom of two, and holistic nutrition coach. Our family walked through a health scare that pushed us to rethink the way we ate and lived. What started as a personal journey to feel better, more energized, less bloated, more balanced, became a calling to help other women experience the same transformation.
I’m certified in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and hold dual AFPA certifications in Holistic Nutrition and Health and Wellness Coaching. My coaching style is practical, evidence informed, culturally warm, and real life friendly.

Today, I help busy women improve digestion and energy through simple, plant forward, fiber first habits that feel doable for the whole family. No extremes, no confusion, just real food, real support, and real results.

I also use supportive wellness tools that go beyond, including nutrient dense foods, foundational micronutrients, and daily practices that help curb cravings, boost energy, and make consistency easier for the entire family.
