Bolivian Cuñapé

Plant-Based Bolivian Cuñapé (Cheesy Bread Bites!)

Your favorite Bolivian cheesy bread—made 100% plant-powered and just as addictive!


Ingredients:


1 cup cooked yellow potato (mashed)


2 cups tapioca starch/flour


1 tsp sea salt


¼ tsp garlic powder


¼ tsp onion powder


¼ tsp black pepper


2 pinches ground turmeric (for a golden touch!)


2 tbsp nutritional yeast (hello, cheesy flavor!)


½ cup boiling water


⅓ cup avocado oil


3 tbsp unsweetened soy milk (or your fave plant milk)



Let’s Bake:


1. Add everything to a large bowl and mix until a dough forms.



2. Roll into small balls (about ¼ cup each).



3. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm on the outside.

Enjoy warm and cheesy! These are perfect straight out of the oven.
