CREAMY OIL-FREE DRESSING

If you’ve followed me for a bit, you probably know… I love creamy everything.

But even better when that creaminess comes from real food and zero oil.

This cashew-based dressing is one of my kitchen staples:

easy, fast, super versatile, and naturally packed with plant nutrients.

It’s the perfect way to add flavor, richness, and satisfaction to your meals without the heaviness that most store-bought dressings bring.

This recipe gives you a simple base, and from there you can turn it into a ranch or a Caesar style dressing.

And because it’s made from whole ingredients, it brings plant protein, healthy fats, and a little fiber, all things that help support steadier energy and better blood-sugar balance.

Creamy, flavorful, and wellness-friendly… I promise you’ll want to put it on everything. 💚

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened plant milk (I like soy milk)

1/2 cup cashews (soak 15–30 minutes if needed)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Black pepper to taste

Variations

Caesar Style:

• 2 tablespoons capers, plus 2 tablespoons of the brine

• Extra garlic if you like

Ranch Style:

• 1 teaspoon dried dill

• A splash more vinegar for that ranch tang

🥄 Instructions

1. Add all base ingredients to a blender.

2. Add the variation ingredients if making Ranch or Caesar.

3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

4. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or acidity.

5. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Use it on salads, bowls, wraps, veggies, or as a dip. 🌿✨
