
🌱 Crispy Tofu Bites (Oli Approved 💚)

Ingredients
2 blocks extra firm tofu
2 cups oats, blended into flour
Nutritional yeast
Paprika
Garlic powder
Salt
Optional, your favorite sauce to serve (buffalo, ranch, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Tear tofu into bite size chunks
In a bowl, mix blended oats with nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, and salt
Toss tofu pieces into the mixture until well coated
Place on a lined baking sheet in a single layer
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Option
Cook at 375°F for about 12 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway through
Serving Ideas
