Wondering how to get your kids to eat healthy?

As parents, our role in shaping our children's eating habits is crucial. It may not be easy, especially if we didn't grow up with the healthiest habits ourselves, but we can change the pattern. Here are some tips that have worked for my family:


1. Make it fun: Create colorful, appealing dishes.

2. Lead by example: Kids mimic our behavior, so show them healthy choices.

3. Offer variety: Give them options and let them choose.

4. Involve them: Get them interested in cooking and preparing meals.


Remember, it's about progress, not perfection. My daughters don't just eat salads, but these strategies have helped us make healthier choices as a family. I'm committed to this journey and won't give up, and I encourage you to keep trying, too!
