Chickpea "tuna"

Chickpea "tuna"


1 can or 1 cup of garbanzos, drained and rinsed


1/4 vegan mayonnaise (or homemade cashew base mayo)


1 tsp salt


1 tsp pepper


1 tsp garlic powder


1 tsp onion powder


1 tsp capers


Few small sheets of seaweed (optional)


Combine in a food processor


Enjoy in a sandwich or wrap or simply as a snack with your favorite healthy crackers or carrots sticks, or celery.
