Green Pasta

This is an easy and quick meal to prep ahead for the week, bring to a picnic or camping trip and it's definitely a crowd-pleaser. Pasta Verde

2 8oz boxes of banza pasta 2 cups of Peas 2 English cucumbers 1 jar of Sun-dried tomatoes Dressing; 1 cup cashews 1 cup of cilantro 1 Tbs Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp of cumin Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook pasta according to the package

Dice all the veggies

Once pasta is done, combine all ingredients


For dressing

Leave cashews soaking overnight or boil for 15 minutes

Drain and rice

Combine all ingredients in blender

Pour over pasta
