Craving a Creamy Caesar Without the Guilt?
This plant-based Caesar dressing is ultra creamy, tangy, and totally dairy-free—made with clean, whole ingredients that nourish your body without sacrificing flavor. It's the perfect way to upgrade your salads, wraps, or roasted veggies.
Plant-Based Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
2 cups organic soy milk (unsweetened)
1 cup raw cashews (soaked 2–4 hours if needed)
1–2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1–2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust: more capers for brininess, more ACV or Dijon for a tangy punch.
4. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Pro tip: The dressing thickens as it chills—just stir in a splash of water or lemon juice before serving if needed.
