Red Lentil Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of red lentils

  • 4 cups of water

  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

  • a pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak lentils for 4 hours or overnight

  2. Drain and rinse

  3. Add lentils to the blender with 4 cups of water

  4. Add seasoning

  5. Use a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat

  6. Pour about a laddle full of batter and cook for 2 mins or so on each side

  7. Eat and enjoy!
