Seitan


You can enjoy seitan in various ways as a plant-based protein source. Try grilling, sautéing, or adding it to stir-fries, sandwiches, and salads. It's versatile and can be seasoned to suit different dishes.


• 1 ¾ cups Vital Wheat Gluten (https://amzn.to/3S0YIVu)


• ⅓ cup Nutritional Yeast


• 2 tsp Garlic powder


• 1 tsp Onion Powder


• ½ tsp Turmeric


• 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce


• 1 tsp Tahini


• 1 ½ cups of Vegetable broth


Instructions

1. Combine all dry ingredients

2. Combine all wet ingredients

3. Combine the wet into the dry and form into a log or round shape.

4. Prepare instant pot with basket and fill the bottom with water

5. Place seitan and cook for 30 mins
